Ōsugi Sakae

Ōsugi {{circa|1920}} was a prominent Japanese anarchist who was jailed multiple times for his writings and activism. He was murdered alongside his partner, Itō Noe, in what became known as the Amakasu incident. Provided by Wikipedia
