Naveed Alam

Naveed Alam (16 September 1973 – 13 July 2021) was a Pakistani field hockey player. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1996 Summer Olympics.

On 7 July 2021, it was reported Alam had been diagnosed with blood cancer. He sought financial support from the government for treatment. He died on 13 July 2021, aged 47, after undergoing chemotherapy at Shaukat Khanum Hospital, Lahore. Provided by Wikipedia
