Christine Dwyer Hickey

Christine Dwyer Hickey (born 1960) is an Irish novelist, short story writer and playwright. She has won several awards, including the Kerry Group Irish Novel of the Year and the Walter Scott Prize for Historical Fiction. Her writing was described by Madeleine Kingsley of the Jewish Chronicle as "depicting the parts of human nature that are oblique, suppressed and rarely voiced". Provided by Wikipedia
