William Kaplan
William Kaplan (born 24 May 1957) is a Canadian lawyer, arbitrator, emeritus professor of law and author. Kaplan has authored several important arbitral decisions in labour law, and has served as interest arbitrator in prominent negotiations between the government and the unions representing RCMP members, Air Canada and WestJet pilots and flight attendants, and others. He is a recipient of the ''Law Society Medal'' from the Law Society of Upper Canada (1999) for his contributions to the legal profession and the David W.
