Carol Mather

Sir David Carol MacDonnell Mather (3 January 19193 July 2006) was a British soldier and politician.

After serving 22 years in the British Army, he was the Member of Parliament for Esher from 1970 until 1987. During his political career he held the offices of Lord Commissioner of the Treasury, as Vice-Chamberlain of the Household, and Comptroller of the Household. Provided by Wikipedia
