Kevin Zegers

Kevin Joseph Zegers (born September 19, 1984) is a Canadian actor and model. He is known for his roles as Josh Framm in the ''Air Bud'' film series, Toby Osbourne in ''Transamerica'' (2005), Damien Dalgaard in the CW teen drama ''Gossip Girl'', and as rookie FBI Agent Brendon Acres on the ABC crime drama ''The Rookie: Feds''.
