Plates 1-12 are from the smaller paintings, approximately 1807; plate 13 is reproduced from the larger series of paintings, dated approximately 1806-1808.

The edition is published on demand and is limited to no more than the edition of the book [i.e. 426 copies] ... Proofing and printing were done at Arion Press on an Epson 4000 inkjet printer.
