Memorial of John B. Temple and others, of the Military Board of Kentucky, praying that the officers and soldiers who were engaged in actual duty before being mustered into service may be placed upon the same footing as to pay, bounty, and pensions, as they would have been had they been mustered into service at the time they performed their duty.
