Imposition of a State Severance Tax on Natural Resources and Interests of the United States.

Examines constitutionality of State imposition of severance taxes on removal of natural resources by the Federal Government from its own lands or from lands in which the Government owns the underlying minerals, as well as removal of natural resources from Federal lands by private parties.
