Arctic Resources Controversy : A Comparison of H.R. 3601 and S. 2214.

Compares provisions of the House National Fish and Wildlife Enhancement Act and the Senate Arctic Coastal Plain Competitive Oil and Gas Leasing Act. Both bills would establish oil and gas leasing programs in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, and set standards for environmental protection.
