The authors summarize the latest findings and results regarding such novel techniques as robotic surgery, hybrid revascularization, the use of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG) in high-risk populations, and new less invasive surgical approaches to the treatment of atrial fibrillation.
