Jianxing Yu is a Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor and Dean of the School of Public Affairs at Zhejiang University, China. He is also Co Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Chinese Governance. Sujian Guo is Professor at the Department of Political Science, and Director of the Center for US-China Policy Studies at San Francisco State University.
