Disclaiming any right, title, or interest of the United States in certain lands in the state of California which form a part of the right-of-way granted by the United States to the Southern Pacific Transportation Company, to declare that those lands have been abandoned by the railroad, and for other purposes : report (to accompany H.R. 4039) (including the cost estimate of the Congressional Budget Office).
