The future of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe : a United States Institute of Peace roundtable.

On September 26, 1994, the United States Institute of Peace convened a roundtable of CSCE practitioners and experts to discuss the forum's future roll in post-Cold War Europe. This report containes the views of several of the forum's key participants.
