The substance of an act of Parliament of the 14th of His Majesty George III. incorporating the Belfast Charitable Society : and of an act of the 12th of the same reign, for badging and otherwise providing for the poor, -- and for restraining from begging such as are capable of labour : so far as these acts invest powers in the said society.
