Repealing Act of Congress. Memorial of the legislative assembly of the Territory of Arizona, asking that the Act of Congress, approved May 5, A.D. 1866, setting off to the State of Nevada all that part of the territory of Arizona west of the 37th degree of longitude west from Washington, and the west of the Colorado River, be repealed.
