An Act to explain and amend an Act passed in the sixth year of His Majesty's reign, intituled, An Act for ascertaining the breadths, and preventing frauds and abuses in manufacturing serges, pladdings, and fingrums : and for regulating the manufactures of stockings in tha part of Great Britain called Scotland, so far as the same relates to serges.
