President Nixon's Executive Order 11605 relating to the Subversive Activities Control Board : hearing before the Subcommittee on Separation of Powers of the Committee on the Judiciary, United States Senate, Ninety-second Congress, first session on S. 2466, a bill to insure the separation of federal powers and to preserve the constitutional rights of citizens and S. Res. 163, resolution expressing the sense of the Senate with respect to the doctrine of separation of powers as it applies to Executive Order 11605, dated July 2, 1971, October 5 and 7, 1971.
