Seeks contined custody : a jury failed to reach a verdict Monday in a child custody suit in which an admitted lesbian, Mary Jo Risher, 38, is fighting to keep custody of her 9-year-old son : waiting with Ms. Risher after the jury had begun deliberating was Martha Dickey, Finance V.P. of the National Organization for Women (NOW) who is giving financial support in the case and Ann Foreman, 30, a homosexual who lives with Ms. Risher.
